The mind is a complex yet beautiful environment and coping with mental health deals with a range of often indescribable thoughts. It can be difficult to voice it out but it's important to accept yourself as constantly growing against hardships.
This collection depicts some of those once indescribable feelings I’ve had dealing with anxiety. I wish to normalise them and show it’s not shameful to have similar experiences – Do you think your mind looks like this? Have you also felt this way? That’s okay because it is not a lone road to travel on.
