This is based on the expression ‘wear your heart on your sleeve’. It is an encouragement to people to be emotionally open and honest. It doesn’t directly address anxiety, but it shows that the wearer is prepared to make themselves vulnerable and not afraid of feelings. It turns emotional vulnerability into a badge of honour - there is something proud and strong about the short ‘wear it’.
